Workouts to Make it seem you had a hour gl shape.?
8 minute abs really do work- you can watch them online too! And to get rid of the fat around your stomach (because doing sit-ups will build your muscles but not burn fat), drinking milk after a work out is supposed to work for that (just read an article about it)- I think you drink a gl right after and then another one a half hour later. For a more muscular (and in turn, more shapely) try lunges- forward, backwards, to the side (and when you're lunging keep your knee right over your ankle- not past). Do these exercises along with cardio like jumping rope, running and maybe even some yoga and you'll look hourgly and toned!
