Is this "Shana" person from an anime or manga or something?

Shakugan no Shana, both a manga and anime. Romance+Action(+Comedy in some fillers. ) The manga has probably been dicontinued, but the anime is still up. Season 3 is in production I believe. I recommend you watch it. It's totally AWESOME. There is also an english dubbed version. Go for it.
