Chamomile in pregnancy?

i asked a question before about essential oils during pregnancy. and i was told chamomile is not safe. i just read that my face lotion has chamomile but i doubt alot. should i avoid it? also its a fairness cream which also includes licorice extract and i read somewhere that licorice prevents fetal development? is this true. can someone reccomend a good face lotion i can use.
