Is my newborn still getting milk if she doesn't latch properly?

I was wondering if my babygirl is still getting milk even if she doesn't latch properly? her mouth is never wide open and she is sucking on my and part of the aureola. My don;t hurt though and I'm worried that she is just using my as a pacifier and not getting any milk :( Also, would like to know if my supply will decrease because of the latching problem? thank you!
