What's on his mind when he looks at me like this?

There's this new kid at my school and all the girls think he's soooo hot. But he is. And this kid Is in my homeroom. I have no friends in my homeroom so I'm verrryyy quiet and hardly ever talk. But out of school I'm the most hyperest crazy girl you'll ever see. So this kid always stared at me in school like I was weird or somethin. Then I saw him out of school while I was with my best friend and they know each other. So I just said hi to him then started giggling like mad and he looked me in the eye and said,' I truthfully have NEVER heard you talk before.' does that mean he thinks of me? Ever since then he ALWAYS stares at me while I sit quietly in homeroom. But he looks at me differently now. He will stare and when I look back he will either make some goofy smile or look at me like yhes challenging me to do or say something. But he stares at me a TON. What's on his mind?
