Can I challenge a section 20 (child protection) in court?

My daughter was being abused and I called child protection, so in response my ex wife made some wild allegations which meant my daughter was taken in to care the allegations against me have been completely dismissed. They have this thing called a section 20, and i woud like to take it to court because i want my daughter back
