10 Month Old in Pain

My 10 month old's reflux meds were recently changed and I do not believe they are working at all! In addition, she has a severe cold...sneezing, congested~all of which is clear/white, some diarrhea, fever of 100, and she has broken out in a few places~some look rash like and others look like red pimples without a head. She has tubes and there is no drainage. Earlier tonight, she began screaming when I was washing her hair and again when I went to brush her hair~both of which are gentle processes. Could a severe headache cause this kind of pain? It was pretty intense. She has been screaming, blood curtling screams throughout the night and is struggling to get any sleep even with tylenol. We do have an appt. tomorrow with her dr. who is aware of most of these things but can anyone help me understand what may be happening and help her through the night? Thanks!
