Are there any decent cad programmes for under �100?

im about to go into a Design engineering course at college, and i would quite like to have my own cad programme at home, but i know the programmes the college use cost in excess of �1000, can i get a decent one for under a hundred, i know they exsist, but could you reccomend the best ones?
