Ntldr is missing, press alt, ctrl, del to restart?

yepp, i can't start up my computer. and it's written "ntldr is missing, press alt, ctrl, del to restart" on black background. when i press the atl, ctrl, and delete, it keep changing to the same thing. nothing happened. what to do?? and please use simple words, since i don't really understand about computers. thanks
