My boyfriend is obsessed with making out and wont even listen to me what can i do? ADVICE?

Im 15 and my boyfriend is 19 and i noticed that he likes to make out a lot but i dont really care because all guys do that. if i count a percentage out of 100 of how much we make out in a day it woulf be 96% which is a lot. i talk to him about it all of the time but all he does when im talking is if we are near a wall he puts his arm on it leans closer looks me in the eyes with this look that hypnotizes me i dont how how he does it but it works but he does it all of the time at school or whenever he either wants me to shut up or make out. i wonder how this look gives him power i mean all he ever wants to do is make out and wont even listen to what i have to say like it isnt important or something like that. so what should i do??
