Is there a motherboard with drr400 memory slot and pci express GPU slot?

becouse i want to upgrade my Graphic card..my motherboard have AGP slot and ddr400 memory slot, LGA775 socket..but good AGP card is harder to find her...i want to upgrade my AGP to PCIe without buying new momery card and other components..
