Well depending on what type of girl she is, she might think that your pick up line(s) are cute and funny, or she might think you're lame. Just be yourself and start a conversation with her. Like compliment her or comment on something she says or does. Give her attention and that will give her a sign that you're interested in her. Smile at her and/or make eye contact.
