Does my computer support Ragnarok Online?

I have the Intel GMA 950 chipset in my laptop, and I don't know much about video cards, so can someone let me know if I can successfully play RO? If not, what would I need to buy? And do I need a subscription? I can't seem to download the free version of the game, either...
